Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped within two days of the order being received. US Post Office [USPO] Priority Mail is the the preferred method due and it allows for an online tracking number.
Items are shipped internationally and rates will vary.
We are in the business of making people happy but in the unlikely event there is a problem with your purchase we accept returns although there are some things to keep in mind.
We will always take returns and provide credit for materials or workmanship that is defective.
For regular U.S. orders, send your unused merchandise back in original condition within thirty (30) days of your purchase date for a refund, less a $11.50 shipping and handling fee. Please include a copy of your invoice with the shipment.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that we will cannot accept any items that have been stretched or scuffed. This includes gently worn Wool Kilim Shoes, as the wool molds to the wearer's foot in as little as 50 minutes.
